I was charged in full days after booking, on the 23rd floor with no fridge, hair dryer, extra blankets or pillows, and a view of train lines. The service was fantastic, helpful, and friendly, even knocking at 08:30 to check the mini-bar. The location was great for many attractions and conveniences. The dining was overpriced, though the breakfast was substantial. The hotel has a great location downtown but lacks some room amenities.

The service was a hit or miss but improved after a chat with the Manager. The prime location, just steps from Union-Pearson Express train and connected directly to the Convention Centre, made my stay extremely convenient.
